Sept 11, 2026 - Taking legal possession of the apartment the day after our return to HCM. We’re renting a place nearby while waiting for its complete renovation.

Sept 12, 2026 - Meeting with architect and team. Picking porcelain floor.

Sept 25, 2026- Bought an electric scooter. VinFast Evo Lite 50 CC. No license required.

Oct 7, 2026 - Permit secured. Ground breaking ceremony completed. Renovation can begin.
